Cause​

Merchant company provisioning failed during onboarding for a reason that is not a duplicate business name or undeliverable email.

If the response uses business_name_taken or email_undeliverable, follow those Fix-It pages instead.

How to fix​

Retry onboarding with corrected input, or contact support with the request ID if the failure persists.
